Forest Bathing, or "Shinrin Yoku" in Japanese, is a wellness practice that involves immersing yourself in a natural forest environment and mindfully connecting with nature, to promote physical and mental wellbeing.

Made with the following essential oils:

Top notes: Eucalyptus Blue Gum, Siberian Fir Needle

Heart notes: Black Spruce

Base notes: Frankincense & Cedarwood Himalayan

Ingredients and packing

We hand pour our candles in small batches with care and attention in our home studio near the Ashdown Forest. We use wooden wicks to provide a slow burn, with the adding soothing gentle crackle. 

All the ingredients are 100% natural, with sustainably sourced soy wax and wooden wicks used and ethically sourced essential oils. These elements provide a clean, toxin-free burn. 

Each candle arrives in a clear glass jar which can be recycled or reused, a zero waste aluminium lid, and recyclable kraft box.

Our candles do not contain:

Any animal wax content (100% vegan), synthetic fragrances, paraffin or petroleum products.
